By accessing or using the Pinion digital platform operated by Gamer Alliance Members Esports, LLC ("Pinion," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
Pinion is a digital platform that provides various services and features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.
To use certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We may require verification of your identity through various means, including but not limited to mobile phone verification. By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive verification codes and account-related communications via SMS.
When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from Pinion, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your account, transactions, and our programs, including new features, scholarship matches, events, and updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Once you reply STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services (e.g., SMS delivery via Twilio) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you authorize Pinion to send you recurring informational and program-related text messages.

You opt in by providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox on the Pinion website registration flow (including https://pinion.app/register) or the Pinion mobile app registration form during account creation. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is presented next to the consent language, which matches our standard SMS disclosure and refers you to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Consent to receive these SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of the service.
For help or questions about SMS from Pinion, reply HELP to any message you receive from us or contact contact@pinionup.com. To opt out, reply STOP to any message you receive from Pinion, or email contact@pinionup.com with a request to be removed from the SMS program. Opting out of program SMS does not delete your account; you may still receive messages strictly necessary to operate or secure your account (such as verification codes) where applicable.
Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, Cellcom, C-Spire, MetroPCS, Google Voice, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers may not be available in all areas, and message delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required to consent to receive marketing communications in your jurisdiction) and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide in order to enroll in Pinion SMS updates described in this section.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamer Alliance Members Esports, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gamer Alliance Members Esports, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Las Vegas, Nevada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
